The hotel offers a mind-blowing range of amenities including free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, a jaw-dropping bar/lounge area, and an impressive restaurant. The staff are super courteous and the rooms are always clean and well-kept. The suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise with its spaciousness and plenty of windows for a nice view. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is superb and the parking availability is a plus. The efficient reception staff and the helpful breakfast staff definitely made the stay enjoyable. The free coach service to the nearby event was a lifesaver.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, in-room safe provided. Shower head, check-in staff, and restaurant staff were all fantastic. Convenient free coach service to the Buchmesse. 5-minute walk from train station, 4 stops to city center. Wifi worked well. Cozy restaurant available for dinner.

The staff were extremely hospitable, polite and helpful. Since in Frankfurt 4 star hotels do not have porters, the front office staff volunteered to assist with our baggage. Although the room was compact, all the conveniences were arranged in a manner maximizing space and visual appeal.
Small old-fashioned tv set with no satellite tv in the standard package.

Excellent location with car. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Free upgrade to spacious business room. Amazingly good and fresh breakfast. Efficient and helpful reception staff. Breakfast staff remembered preferences. Extensive breakfast buffet. Free coach service to Buchmesse.

Breakfast great and reception staff really helpful. Free shuttle bus to Ambiente was great.
My room was very cold..the weather was -10 so this probably didnt help and room decoration was very dated but clean. Location is a little out of town.

Conveniently located with excellent breakfast. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with great amenities, including a mini-fridge and good Wi-Fi.
The gym was in the basement, which made it feel less fresh. , the lack of convenience stores and restaurants nearby made it difficult to find good food options outside of the hotel.

The shower cabinet should be cleaned better. A second pillow would be good even if it was a single room. TV should be LCD in this era.
